Marshall Sterling
Marshall is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s College of Architecture and for the past few years he has explored concepts of space and how they come to be through the making of buildings. He has a passion for designing spaces that are provoking and engaging to the occupant, a space in which we experience a sublime awe at the composition of elements.. He believes that the future of the built world relies as much on the quality of the spaces as it does on the sustainability of its construction, leading to a strong interest in Passive House methods of building.
Beyond architecture, Marshall also has a passion for travelling and becoming immersed in other languages and cultures. He has spent time traveling and living in Spain and Italy and has especially enjoyed cooking, but more importantly eating, the local cuisines.
